Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Due to the nature of our brand, many of our pieces are limited or one-of-a-kind.

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds or replacements for orders that are marked as delivered but cannot be located.
